After School - Fall 2018
Registration Details:
Fall Term for After School at Bethesda runs Tuesday, September 4, 2018 – Friday, June 6, 2019.
After School at Bethesda is Monday – Friday, 3:20-6:20 pm.
$10 / 1 hour.
Registration opens Friday, April 13, and the deadline to register is Friday, August 24. Parents will have until Friday. July 1 to make changes to their child’s After School schedule. After this drop-add period, no refunds will be given.
During the Fall session, please email Wing: happybeanlearningcenter@gmail.com or give us a call (443-995-6823) with any drop-in information or scheduling and transportation changes to ensure the safety of all students enrolled in After School.
Snacks:
Students will gather in the Commons at 3:20pm and receive a snack before breaking off into groups. Examples of snacks include goldfish, applesauce, fruit snacks, and chips. In case of special dietary restrictions, contact Aymi Ayala or Kelly Mills.
Late Pickup Policy:
Pickup is at 6:20pm. After that, there is a grace period of 40 minutes until 7:00 pm. Parents/Caregivers who pick up students late will be charged $20 for every 40-minute interval. Notice of a delay is greatly appreciated; please call (443)995-6823 to inform After School staff.
